HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING WITH YOUR TRAINER?

WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO PERSONAL TRAIN? WHAT WERE/ARE YOUR GOALS?
My goals were to lose weight and build strength. The excess weight was causing high blood pressure along with joint pains. I also needed to build upper body strength to be able to lift things without causing any injuries.
DO YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE PROGRESSED QUICKER BY PERSONAL TRAINING?
Yes, I had joined a gym two years prior and would regularly exercise but saw no progress.
I needed to try something different.
WHAT HAVE BEEN YOUR PRIOR/CURRENT OBSTACLES TO ACCOMPLISHING YOUR GOALS?
I was doing cardio classes and group exercise classes at the gym. I spent a lot of hours but there were no results. I also was injured in a boot camp class due to improper form.
HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE YOU STARTED PERSONAL TRAINING?
I am extremely happy with my results.
WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED?
I have lost weight and gained muscle. I am much stronger.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE/DISLIKE ABOUT YOUR WORKOUTS WITH YOUR TRAINER?
My workouts with Steven are very challenging and I learn a lot.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND YOUR TRAINER TO A FRIEND?
Yes I would definitely recommend Steven to my friends and family.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Steven is an extremely patient trainer who does not give up. When he first met me I never lifted weights or used any weight machines. I was very intimidated to work out in a weight room. It took Steven one year of gently moving me out of my comfort zone and into the weight area. The techniques he has taught me really work. I still have so much more to learn from Steven. If Steven can teach me – an uncoordinated middle-aged women who never did any sports in her life - to lift weights, he can teach anyone. Steven really has a special gift!

I wanted to gain strength, improve my overall health, and look and feel better, and needed the help of a personal trainer to accomplish these goals. I didn’t feel I could accomplish the best results on my own.
DO YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE PROGRESSED QUICKER BY PERSONAL TRAINING?
Yes. By using a personal trainer, I learned proper techniques, new exercises, and an overall workout and diet program that gave me fast and impressive results.
WHAT HAVE BEEN YOUR PRIOR/CURRENT OBSTACLES TO ACCOMPLISHING YOUR GOALS?
In the past my workouts lacked focus, I used bad form on many exercises, and didn’t have the knowledge of varying my routine to make superior gains. Additionally, Steven provided me with dietary advice that tremendously added to accomplishing my goals.
HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE YOU STARTED PERSONAL TRAINING?
I feel 100 percent changed. I look great and feel great. I’m definitely not embarrassed to take my shirt off at the beach
WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED?
I have lost body fat and gained muscle mass. I eat better, feel better, and I am much healthier overall.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE/DISLIKE ABOUT YOUR WORKOUTS WITH YOUR TRAINER?
I like the focus it provides as well as the motivation to push harder and stay with it. Having a true professional makes me want to strive for continual improvement my trainer. There really is nothing to dislike.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND YOUR TRAINER TO A FRIEND?
I would definitely recommend personal training to a friend, and I would without a doubt recommend Steven.

I wasn’t seeing any progress with my regular workout on my own. My goals were to gain strength, lose weight, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
DO YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE PROGRESSED QUICKER BY PERSONAL TRAINING?
Definitely! I have lost weight and physically have progressed to levels I didn’t even imagine I could reach.
WHAT HAVE BEEN YOUR PRIOR/CURRENT OBSTACLES TO ACCOMPLISHING YOUR GOALS?
Diet is an obstacle – I fall off the wagon easily and get discouraged. Time is an obstacle sometimes.
HOW DO YOU FEEL SINCE YOU STARTED PERSONAL TRAINING?
I am stronger, feel better overall, and notice improvement in my balance.
WHAT RESULTS HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED?
I found my abdominals!
WHAT DO YOU LIKE/DISLIKE ABOUT YOUR WORKOUTS WITH YOUR TRAINER?
I like the personal attention, periodic email reminders and check ups, nutrition information, and most of all the fact that I see improvement quickly.
WOULD YOU RECOMMEND YOUR TRAINER TO A FRIEND?
Absolutely – I’ve already done so!
